S.A. Instrument Services has provided Merck and its customers quality, reliable and fast turn around times to all Merck and WTW products since 1992.
As of the July 2005 S.A. Instrument Services was appointed control of the Service arm of Merck in Australia and is responsible for all service related matters. This appointment allows Merck customers to now deal directly with our technical support staff to resolve any service related issue.
S.A. Instrument Services’ technical staff have been factory trained on all Merck supplied equipment and can handle any warranty and non warranty repairs.
The majority of repairs are generally returned to our workshop for evaluation and repair. We can also provide an on site service call upon request.
For customers that can’t be without their instruments for an extended period of time we have an extensive list of loan equipment to meet their needs (subject to availability) and at a minimal cost (POA)
S.A. Instrument Services also carries out repairs and calibrations to Merck MAS-100 biological air samplers and is the only authorised and factory trained service centre in Australia.
